These terms govern your use of optimuminternet.org, operated by ADBYTE DIGITAL (PRIVATE) LIMITED. By using this site or calling the number shown on it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by ADBYTE DIGITAL (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan with its principal office at Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

We are an independent authorized retailer of Optimum services. We are not Optimum, and we are not Altice USA, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any other internet, mobile or television provider.

Optimum and the Optimum logo are trademarks of Altice USA, Inc., used here under authorization. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

What this site is for

This site describes Optimum services and invites you to call us. Its purpose is to help you find out what is available at your address, understand the options, and place an order if you choose to.

The site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee that any particular service, speed, price or promotion is available to you, or a contract for service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Offers described here are generally limited to new residential customers at addresses within Optimum's service area, and further eligibility conditions set by Optimum apply.

Pricing, offers and availability

Prices, speeds, promotions and package contents are set by Optimum, not by us. They vary by address and market, change frequently, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Advertised prices generally assume conditions such as enrolment in automatic payment and paperless billing, apply for a defined promotional period, and exclude taxes, fees and surcharges. Promotional pricing typically increases to the standard rate at the end of that period. We will explain the conditions and the post-promotional rate before you order.

Speeds shown are maximum wired speeds. Actual speeds, particularly over Wi-Fi, vary with your equipment, your home and network conditions, and are not guaranteed.

We aim to keep this site accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date. The terms that apply to you are the ones Optimum confirms at the time your order is placed. Where this site and Optimum's own terms differ, Optimum's terms govern.

Placing an order through us

If you ask us to place an order, we submit it to Optimum on your behalf using the information you give us. Your order is not complete until Optimum accepts it, and Optimum may decline it or require additional verification.

Once accepted, your contract for service is with Optimum, not with us. Optimum is responsible for installation, service delivery, billing, changes and cancellation, and technical support, under its own customer agreement and acceptable use policy. We recommend you read those documents.

For a billing or technical problem after activation, contact Optimum directly through optimum.com or the number on your bill. We can only help with new orders.

What we charge you

Nothing. We are compensated by Optimum as an authorized retailer. You pay Optimum's standard rates for the plan you choose — the same rates available going direct — and you pay us nothing.

Calls and communications

When you call the number on this site, you are contacting us. Calls may be recorded or monitored as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you give us your telephone number in connection with an enquiry or order, you agree that we and Optimum may contact you at that number about it, including by automated dialling or prerecorded message where permitted by law. Consent to marketing contact is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us, and we will stop.

Message and data rates may apply to any text messages. Standard call charges from your carrier apply.

Accurate information

You agree that the information you give us — in particular your service address and contact details — is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it and to order service at that address. Inaccurate information can delay or void an order.

Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to: use the site unlawfully or fraudulently; interfere with its operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; scrape, harvest or systematically extract its content; use automated means to place calls or submit information; or reproduce, republish or exploit its content commercially without our permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

Optimum's trademarks and marketing materials remain the property of Altice USA, Inc., and nothing here grants you any right to use them.

This site may link to websites we do not operate. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, current or accurate.

We do not provide internet, mobile or television service. We make no warranty about the services themselves, their availability, speed, reliability, installation timing or the conduct of Optimum. Any warranty in relation to the services comes from Optimum under its own agreement with you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither ADBYTE DIGITAL (PRIVATE) LIMITED nor its directors, employees or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or any order placed through us, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Because we charge you nothing for our services, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to this site or to our assistance with an order will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or information you give us that is inaccurate or that you were not authorised to provide.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this site, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, and you and we each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the place where you live, or of your right to complain to a regulator or to bring a claim in a small claims court where one is available to you.

Disputes about your Optimum service itself are between you and Optimum, and are governed by Optimum's customer agreement, including any dispute-resolution provisions in it.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this site.
